Braun Brothers Reunion a Hit, Again, in Idaho

This weekend while most of us crowding around our AC units, trying to keep cool in Texas, a bunch of Texas and Red Dirt's best bands made their way to Idaho for the annual Braun Brothers Reunion.

Willy and Cody Braun of Reckless Kelly, and Micky and Gary Braun of Micky and the Motorcars will be heading home to the Great Northwest in August for their annual Reunion; and they’re taking Texas with ’em.

The three day festival featured performances from: American Aquarium, Wade Bowen, Micky And The Motorcars, William Clark Green, Sunny Sweeney, Jason Eady, Jason Boland and the Stragglers, Corb Lund, Turnpike Troubadours, Braun Family, Shinyribs, Cody Canada and the Departed, Reckless Kelly.

The festival was founded by Muzzie and Joann Braun and they’ve worked to keep a high standard of music quality, and that “homey” feeling.
