Drunk Man Stabbed in the Butt at West Texas Music Festival
Crude Fest 2015 was full of great live performances, beer, and good times for most. It will be remembered as one of the biggest and best Crude Fests yet. Unfortunately though, for one man at least, it'll be remembered for a much different reason.
My San Antonio is reporting that a little after 10 p.m. on the final night of the music fest a 21 year-old-man was stabbed in the butt.
Emergency personnel responded to the assault incident at about 10:22 p.m. Saturday at Crude Fest, a three-day country music festival in Midland, where a highly intoxicated man "had a stab wound in his left buttocks area that was bleeding profusely," the release said.
Deputies applied immediate first aid to stem the bleeding until paramedics arrived, according to the release.
The victim was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released.
