Sometimes things just have a way of mysteriously ending up in my email Inbox -- I am NOT complaining MOST of the time I AM complaining about how I am always the last to get sent real press releases about some of this scene’s “bread and butter artists”,

Who wants to hear some new Fowler music? I got some. Now I know, I know…some of you are going to breaking into a music snob sweat and I don’t blame you. This song is corny as hell, but it is a Fowler song. If anyone else on the planet recored this song I’d want to hit them with a frying pan, but this is Fowler. No one can do a Fowler song like Fowler. He is the Redneck Messiah.

Eli Young Band Announce Headlining Tour.

Eli Young Band are going on their own headlining tour this fall/winter! After spending the summer with Kenny Chesney the guys are Kicking off their own tour October 3 in Kansas City and ending in mid December, the band will perform nearly 30 dates on the tour before the end of the year. The tour will make stops including New York City, Baltimore and Raleigh among others. And word is my lil puddin’ pop Josh Abbott will be opening on select dates! See complete tour schedule here.
