Earlier this month during a show in Minneapolis, Garth Brooks halted singing during "The Dance," easily one of the most popular songs in his set. As Brooks sang the chorus, the teleprompter cut to a fan sign that read:

“Chemo This Morning. Garth Tonight. Enjoying The Dance.”

Brooks looked up at the screen as the crowd erupted. Cancer patient, Teresa Shaw, who is currently undergoing aggressive treatment for cancer, was moved right in front of the stage where Brooks sang to her personally, gives her his guitar and a fistpump.

I don't want to spoil it all, so watch and listen for his lovely message at the end. Seriously kickass.
