Well, it seems the rumors are true. Hank Williams Jr. will be headlining the New Year's Eve 'Bash on Broadway' in Nashville after vowing many moons ago to never play on New Years Eve again:

“This year is going to be very special on New Year’s Eve,” Williams says in a press release. “December 31 will mark the 60th anniversary of Daddy’s death. For years, I have not performed on New Year’s Eve in honor of my father, but this year is a monumental year in the history of Hank Williams. If Daddy would have lived, he would have been 90 years old this year. I hope Music City is ready to boogie woogie, because Bocephus is going [to] bring the party to Nashville.”

Hank William Sr. was, and is to this day, one of the most beloved songwriters and performers in the country genre to date. Make sure you head to Music City this year for this memorable event, to honor this country music legend. Check out the event details here!
