LISTEN UP! George Strait Drops The ‘Codigo’ Lyric Video

Now you can get the words right when you sing-along with George Strait's latest, no matter how much Codigo you drink. If you missed it, after announcing a handful of shows in '19 George Strait announced plans to release a new album last week. He then promptly dropped a new single on us. Now we've got the new lyric video for "Codigo" just for you.

"Codgio" was written by his son, Bubba, and longtime Strait collaborator Dean Dillon.  The song is a nod to George’s own brand of tequila of the same name.

Next year Strait will play a Las Vegas residency, an Atlanta show with Chris Stapleton, and make his return to Rodeo Houston. Additionally he'll be playing at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, and has announced a festival date as well. If I were a betting person, I'd bet there will be more shows announced soon.
