The man who allegedly broke into Kacey Musgraves car and stole her boots has been arrested.

We reported the theft earlier this week, noting Musgraves hilariously went after the robbers character and new fashionable look on Twitter.

"Guess the assbag who broke into my car tonight is gonna look pretty good in the @Lucchese1883 & @charlottes_web boots they stole"

According to The Tennessean, Darnell Cunningham, 30, was charged with theft of property in the case, according to an affidavit - after he tried to return Musgraves' signature boots to the store they were purchased from.

The police report states Musgraves parked her vehicle near Third & Lindsley, 818 Third Ave. S., Monday night and noticed the passenger side window was broken when she returned.

The report states Musgraves then noticed that she had two pair of boots and receipts, valued at about $900, taken from the vehicle. The passenger window damage was estimated at $500 in the report.

We hope Musgraves does write a song about this and it wins a GRAMMY in 2017.
