13 years after being shelved at Universal Music, Patty Griffin's folk-rock album 'Silver Bell' has finally been released to the public. Although certain songs have been leaked throughout the years, the integrity of the album remains in tact - and possibly one of Griffin's most successful albums to date:

"I love revisiting that time about myself now," Griffin says on vacation in Northern California. "I think it's good to have the songs rescued from that time. I think if you were involved and around those big, corporate takeovers where a beverage company decided it would be a good time to buy a record label, and you weren't doing what everybody knew to be popular at that very moment, you weren't given any respect whatsoever." -Billboard.com

Her current single off the album, 'Truth #2' was widely made known by the Dixie Chicks in previous years. Check it out!
