Radio Texas, LIVE! at Cowboy’s with Special Guest Sam Riggs

This Wednesday (May 28), I am back at Cowboy’s in Tyler, spinning all the best Texas and Red Dirt Music you can two-step to in a single night — and I’m pumped to be bringing Sam Riggs of the Night People out with me.

If you haven’t heard, you can join me every other Wednesday at Cowboy’s — and I’m bringin’ all your favorite Texas and Red Dirt bands. It’s just a $5 cover (21 and over), plus $1.50 well, wine and long necks.

This week, I am excited to bring you Sam Riggs. Riggs and his band the Night People are creating a buzz in and out of Texas, as the band to watch. Their current single, "Angola's Lament," has been on the Texas charts for over 30 weeks and is currently inside the Top 5, and still rising.

In addition their video for "When The Lights Go Out" rose to No. 1 on the CMT's "Pure 12-Pack Countdown." And tonight, Riggs makes his Cowboy's debut.
