Sturgill Simpson Announces Post-Grammy Nomination Tour

After his wife gave birth to their second child earlier this year, he had planned to stay home much of 2017, funny how a couple Grammy nominations have a way of changing your plans.

Nominated for Best Country Album and Album of the Year at the Grammys, which air on Sunday (Feb. 13), Sturgill Simpson will be back on the road beginning in March, including three Texas dates in September. The performances will feature material from throughout Simpson’s catalog and is his way of thanking fans for a series of unprecedented years.

Tickets go on sale Thursday Sept. 16th. Word to the wise, don't wait to get yours at 10 a.m.
