2015 Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival

This Saturday (May 2) Stoney LaRue heads to Tyler, TX  for the second-ever Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival. He joins Josh Abbott, Kyle Park, Uncle Lucius, The Bigsbys, 18 of Texas' best BBQ joints, and about 4,000 people on the brick streets.

All the smoked meats are spoken for when it comes to this year's Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival in Downtown Tyler.

Last weekend Josh Abbott showed up to ChiliFest on a camel. Yup! Right there, in the middle of Aaron Watson's set Josh and his camel walked right up to the front of the stage. Was the camel-ride a well planned stunt? Did it happen organically? Where did he get a camel?

Time to get tickets is winding down. We are closing in on our second-ever Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival, presented by Tyler Ford, on Saturday, May 2, in Downtown Tyler. Yeah, hard to believe but we are less than 4 weeks away -- and tickets are going fast.

The latest project from Josh Abbott Band, 'Tuesday Night' EP, was released toward the end of 2015. The guys saw the first single off of it, 'Hangin' Around' shoot straight to the top of the Texas Music charts, today it's your RTX Sunday Video.

Last week Josh Abbott and the boys stopped by SI Now to perform their recent No. 1 Texas smash, 'Hangin' Around.'

If you got a VIP ticket to Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival on Monday (Feb. 16), be glad you did, because they didn't make it to Tuesday.
