The Texas Steakhouse Named Top 3 in North America
(KNUE-FM) We all know there are amazing food options available to us here in the Lone Star State. The most difficult part is deciding what you want. You can get just about any type of food at any time of the day. But there is one Texas steak restaurant that has elevated itself above others as it was once again named one of the best steakhouses in the country.
It’s not exactly shocking to hear that Texans love steak and while there are plenty of steakhouses around Texas there is one that is quickly standing out from the rest.
Located in Central Texas and recently named the third-best steakhouse in North America by World’s Best Steak Restaurants, that honor goes to Jeffrey’s in Austin.
To decide on the rankings there were more than 450 restaurants across North America that were evaluated. I wish that was my job. But the work was done by 21 anonymous “Steak Ambassadors.”

How Jeffrey’s Earned Its Top Ranking
Factors deciding the rankings include meat quality, aging methods, grilling technique, service, hospitality and a few others.
When you look at steakhouses in the world, Jeffrey’s ranked 52nd, which doesn’t seem too bad when you think about all steakhouses in the world. Although, we all know that steakhouses in Texas should always be at the top of the list.

Why Texans Love Jeffrey’s of Austin
If you have the chance to visit Jeffrey’s, don’t miss the filet mignon wrapped in bacon and finished with truffle butter, it’s supposed to be one of those meals that you rave about for weeks after.
