The 2014 CMA nominations came out last week, but I was on vacation then, so today is the day we're getting them up for you. I gotta say it is so great to see Kacey Musgraves follow up her Grammy wins with a couple noms, and our old friends George Strait, Miranda Lambert and Eli Young Band get theirs.
