Cross Canadian Ragweed Announcing More New Texas Dates

If you missed the news, Cross Canadian Ragweed is reuniting. And now, they just can't stop pre-selling out stadium shows.

After four pre-sold-out shows in Stillwater, Oklahoma, which are coming up in April, The Boys From Oklahoma turned to The Lone Star State for a big ol' Texas-sized reunion this summer. Well, guess what? It pre-sold out too.

As late as September 2024, a Ragweed reunion wasn't even in the realm of possibilities. It's funny just how fast things can change. Now the boys have got five shows on the books, the band's first shows in fifteen years, and there are no more tickets available for any of them.

Cross Canadian Ragweed's Return to Texas

Ragweed will again be joined by co-headliners Turnpike Troubadours, this time at McLane Stadium in Waco, on the campus of Baylor University. The show is locked in for August 23rd. Also on the bill will be Shane Smith and the Saints, Wade Bowen, and American Aquarium.

If you want to be there for the historic night, you'll want to register for presale access now. The four shows in Stillwater, OK at Boone Pickens Stadium sold out so fast that they never made it past the presale stage.

So far, no additional shows have been announced. You'll recall that additional shows in Stillwater were added almost immediately as they sold out. There has been no official word, but at this point it'd appear the boys won't be adding another Waco date in conjunction with this one. But I'd put everything I own on more shows being announced soon.
