It was back in October of 2023, we first got the details about Mitchell Wasek, the son of Buc-ee's co-founder Donald Wasek, who racked up some serious criminal charges.

New Criminal Charges Filed Against Buc-ee’s Founder’s Son

Some of Mitchell’s friends were visiting their Lake Travis home owned by his father and one of the friends noticed a hidden camera in one of the bathrooms.

It captured both men and women using the restroom, taking showers, changing clothes, and being intimate in the bathroom.

The videos dated back to 2021, with videos coming from properties owned by the Wasek family including a condo in Austin and a vacation home in Telluride, Colorado.

Mitchell was the only person who could have placed these recording devices, and he was charged with 21 felony counts of invasive visual recordings.
