These Dallas/Fort Worth natives are pretty groovy. Although they are not your typical 'Red Dirt' artists, they are under the 'Texas Music' umbrella, and still need a good listenin' to.

To be honest, his album cover for West Texas Vernacular freaked me out the first time I saw it. But once I heard him live I had to have it in my hands immediately. He's witty and simple. I love it.
