Happy Birthday, Lyle Lovett!

Country Music icon, and actor, Lyle was born on this day in 1957 in Klein. Before becoming one of Texas' most famous, he graduated from Texas A&M with a double major in Journalism and German.

While in college, at College Station, Lovett’s honed his musical craft. His album, Pontiac, would later become a gold album. Lyle Lovett has won many Grammy’s including Best Male Vocalist, for his album Lyle Lovett and His Large Band.
