Happy Birthday To You, Whataburger!

66 years ago, today, the very first Whataburger opened in Corpus Christi, TX. Since then the Texas based chain has become a southern staple with over 700 restaurants in every state from Arizona to Florida.

In fact my husband, daughter and I enjoyed lunch there today -- and we didn't even know it was it's birthday. Had we known we had told 'em "happy birthday."
