Jon Wolfe Cancels Juan Lobo Fest Due to COVID, But Drops New Music Video
The Natural Man, Jon Wolfe, was forced to cancel his annual country music party over the weekend. Jon revealed in a social media post that he had tested positive for COVID, forcing him to shut down his namesake fest for the second straight year.
While Jon is expected to make a full recovery he didn't let the bad news deter him as he released the brand new music video for his next big country smash, "Tequila Sundown."
The Oklahoma native's latest release, Jon Wolfe: Live at The Legendary Gruene Hall, was recorded over two nights in November 2018, the album was released early last year and is required listening for every country music fan.
Up next for Jon Wolfe? He is set to released Dos Corazones on September 1st. The album premieres in its first chapter at the end of this month.
“When things slow down I begin to think about the things that I love,” Wolfe tells American Songwriter. “I love the outdoors and I love old guitars and old beat-up pickup trucks and country music. So these were my trains of thought at the time, and it all converged into this idea that said, ‘I want to cut a record that pushes me and inspires me and inspires my fans and lets them know more about Jon Wolfe.’”
