Koe Wetzel & Parker McCollum Announce Second Annual Naughty or Nice Tour
Individually they are two of the hottest young acts in The Lone Star State, together they just might take it over. Texas barely survived year one, Texas might not survive year two. Today Koe Wetzel and Parker McCollum announced their second annual Naughty or Nice Tour for December.
McCollum is a member of the talented new crop of young Texas and Red Dirt artists that will soon be tasked with carrying on its legacy. In '17 The Limestone Kid released the Probably Wrong Sessions, before combining the ambitious two-part project together and put out Probably Wrong.
The underground swell of support Koe Wetzel has tapped into is amazing. With nearly no radio play, and absolutely no radio promotion to speak of, Koe Wetzel is selling out venues from Lubbock to College Station.
This is grassroots. And not the bullshit-make-believe-awschucks-kind, real grass roots. His album Noise Complaint, with help of fist pumping sing-along-songs including “Something to Talk About,” and an honest ode to late night drunken Taco Bell visits, “February 28, 2016,” has won over fans across the Lone Star State.
