Medicine Stone Will Soldier On Turnpike Troubadour-less
With summer here, September is just around the corner and the countdown to Medicine Stone 2019 is on. With one of the festival's founders Turnpike Troubadours "on indefinite hiatus status" folks have questions.
Well, no need to worry. Of course Medicine Stone will soldier on despite the absence of half of its founding members. From the official Facebook page regarding Turnpike, "They are, and always will be, a huge part of the Medicine Stone family and we wish them all the best & healing."
Be on the lookout the new headliner will be revealed next Monday June 24th.
In the mean time, make plans. The 7th annual music festival is coming to Diamondhead Resort in Talequah, Oklahoma September 19th through 21st. Hope y'all are ready for three days of camping, great live music, and family & friends. This year Parker McCollum, Todd Snider, and Wade Bowen join festival organizers Jason Boland as headliners, with one more TBA. For more information visit MedicineStoneOK.com.
