Neal McCoy’s Bus ‘Old Glory’ Burns Down, Everyone Safe
Shortly before 7 a.m. Saturday (Feb. 8th) morning Neal McCoy went Facebook Live as his tour bus, “Old Glory” was literally burning to the ground.
The fire took place in Mansfield, Louisiana while McCoy and his band were on the way to do a show at the Rapides Parish Coliseum in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Luckily, no one on the bus was injured and everyone was able to escape safely. Even though the bus was a total loss, the trailer hauling the band’s equipment was able to be saved. The bus had been a part of the McCoy family for twelve years.
McCoy, who famously says the Pledge of Allegiance daily on Facebook Live, did do one final Pledge of Allegiance with his bus, "Old Glory."
