If you still haven't got those vacation days in, now's the time. Cody Jinks' inaugural Loud and Heavy Fest is coming.

Mark those calendars, put in those vacation days -- Loud and Heavy Fest 2018 is coming to Fort Worth Texas, and Panther Island on August 18th.

We first reported on the possibility of a Cody Jinks music festival back in March. In May his inaugural "Loud and Heavy Fest" was made official. Today we finally got the first-time festival's date locked in, and most important we know who will be playing it.

During an incredible night of music featuring James Hand, Reverend Horton Heat, Unknown Hinson, Nikki Lane, Asleep at the Wheel; there were several big winners.
