The daily commute to work is a grind for millions of Texans. The commute seems more like a chore because it's something you have to do but you don't want to. The stress alone from the daily commute is enough to cause health problems for some, not to mention there's the cost of wasted fuel while idling in traffic along with the wear and tear on your vehicle.

We know that the Houston Beltway, 635 in Dallas, and I-35 in and around the Austin and San Antonio areas are already congested and that commute times to work in those downtown areas can be more than 45 minutes to an hour or even longer.

Even commutes in smaller Texas towns can be long in comparison and traffic can be just as challenging because there aren't enough lanes for traffic.
