Wade Bowen is back with a new song and music video starring NFL legend Troy Aikman. Bowen is widely regarded as one of Texas' premiere singer/songwriters.

Since going solo in 2002, Bowen and his music have been woven into the fabric of the Texas / Red Dirt scene. For his latest song and music video he tapped a true Texas icon, Troy Aikman.

The Cowboys legend plays the football announcer in the new music video, following a former high school football quarterback as he reminisces on life and love.

“The song ‘Friday Night’ took me right back to playing football in high school and flooded me with so many childhood memories. It takes me back to figuring out life, love, friends, and to a hometown nostalgia that never fades." - Wade Bowen.

In the press release for the video, Wade told us, "Here’s to figuring out life, love, and friends—and to that warm hometown feeling that never fades... The music video for my single “Friday Night” features football legend ‌Troy Aikman - and a special cameo by the one and only Robert Gallagher. Both men I’m damn proud to know and call friends."
