We all know that Halloween is in the past, it’s easy to see when you go to all the stores in Texas and everything is set up for Christmas. But there is one video that is catching attention online from one guy who might have had too much fun celebrating Halloween.

The video was posted by the always amazing, DallasTexas_TV on Tiktok. They do a great job of covering wild stories from the DFW area and can also post about craziness from all over the Lone Star State.

Halloween Costume Was Too Accurate

As you will see in the video below there was a man who was out celebrating Halloween and his costume included being a ‘jail inmate’. It’s an easy costume but he had no idea that his costume would help him gain attention online for all the wrong reasons.

Field Sobriety Exercises in a Jail Costume

I’m not sure of what made the real police officer in Denton, Texas contact this person, but you can see in the video that the officer is performing tests to see if the man is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Just think about that, you’re in a jail costume and have to perform tests to prove that you’re not intoxicated, or you could be headed to jail. SMH.

Going Viral for All the Wrong Reasons

I’m sure this man had no intentions of meeting with officers and having to perform these tests, but let’s hope he made it home safely without hurting anyone.

Remember that getting a sober ride home has never been easier, get an Uber or Lyft, call a friend, and do whatever you need to do. But make sure you never drink and drive.
