Many of country music's legendary outlaws and rising superstars will be in the capitol city for Willie Nelson’s Fourth of July Picnic. And while they are, they'll be taking some time out to pay tribute to Waylon Jennings' legacy, at the home of the longest running music series in American television history, Austin City Limits.

This once-in-a-lifetime concert event “Outlaw: Celebrating the Music of Waylon Jennings” is going down on Monday, July 6th at ACL Live at the Moody Theatre and the tickets go on sale Monday, June 15, via acl-live.com.

Warning: these tickets are pricey (ranging from $150-$400) but with feature performances by Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Toby Keith, Eric Church, Kacey Musgraves, Ryan Bingham, Sturgill Simpson, Jamey Johnson, Lee Ann Womack, Chris Stapleton, Shooter Jennings, Jessi Colter, Billy Joe Shaver and even more that have yet to be announced.

But sounds like it will be money well spent. If you don't take my word for it, here is what Willie has to say but the event:

Waylon Jennings was my friend, brother and musical soul mate," Willie Nelson says. Playing his songs with these incredible artists is going to be one hell of a concert event.

Also, if you buy a ticket to the show, you will have a chance to buy tickets to an exclusive after-party. And 100% of those proceeds will be donated to the United Way to help the Central Texans affected by the flooding over the Memorial Day holiday.
