Over the course of his vaulted career, Willie Nelson has amassed 52 Grammy nominations, and it's been an almost unbelievable 45 years since his first win. The year was 1975 he picked up a trophy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance for “Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain.”

Yesterday, Willie took home his ninth career Grammy, winning for Best Country Solo Performance for the title track of his 2019 album, Ride Me Back Home.
