This Wednesday (Jan. 22) I am back spinning all the best Texas and Red Dirt Music you can possibly dance to, in a single night at Cowboy's in Tyler. In fact, if you haven't heard you can join me every other Wednesday at Cowboy’s spinnin’ your favorites — and it’s just a $5 cover (21 and over).

Basically what we want to do is recreate Radio Texas, LIVE!, live in front of you. I’ll have give-aways, I’ll take requests, PLUS we’ll have special guests hangin’ out with us — and it’s just $5 to get in.

This week, perhaps one of the most impactful guys in the Texas scene. He was a founding member of the Band of Heathens. In 2011 he made his national television debut on The Tonight Show as a member of the Randy Rogers Band, before breaking out to test the waters of a solo career.

He's an accomplished and sought after song-writer. He co-wrote the 2009 Americana Song of the Year with Hayes Carll. Then in 2012, his own debut single, “I’ll Sing About Mine,” went all the way to No. 2 on the Texas charts. To top it off, both William Clark Green ("She Likes the Beatles") and Josh Abbott (I'll Sing About Mine") have had monster radio hits with songs he co-wrote.

This week Brian Keane joins us at Cowboy's for what will be one helluva good time. Come to Cowboy's Wednesday night and I guarantee you leave a fan of Keane's. This will also be your first chance to purchase a physical copy of Keane's brand new album "Coming Home," out now. Or download it here.

BONUS: Share this story to Facebook or Twitter and we'll add you to the guest list Wednesday (Jan. 22) for free entry.

And don’t worry, you can still expect the best full band live shows at Cowboy's. Tickets on sale now for Kyle Park the 29th.
