Charlie Stout’s ‘Ballad of The Basic Bitch’

You may not have heard of Mr. Charlie Stout, and that seems to be the way he prefers it.

Stout is an amazing songwriter, undercover as a fantastic landscape photographer.  He has co-written with many artists, including Sam Riggs and William Clark Green. He writes with the intention of creating picturesque, or sometimes heartbreaking, images to bring his stories to life.

Every now and again, you can catch a witty tune from these types of writers, that says what everyone is thinking but no one will say out loud.

"Ballad of a Basic Bitch" is one of those tunes. And I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I did.
