For March Madness, this week, Conan brought his popular late night variety show to the Lone Star State, namely The Big D. To prepare for his trip, the Massachusetts native, has been doing more than just taking promo pics in cowboy hats and bolo ties -- he has apparently been boning up on Texas facts and trivia.

Conan's knowledge was put to the test when longtime Dallas Maverick and 12-time NBA All Star, Dirk Nowitzki, a German native, stopped by to give him the Texas Citizenship Test.
