If you're looking for unapologetic, hard-core, no holds barred COUNTRY music, Josh Ward is your man. He is a throwback to the '90s, and a better boot scootin' time. In June of 2019 the Texas native became the the 50th artist to release a Live at Billy Bob's Texas album.

Ward really began to get his footing in the Texas scene when he released his third album Promises in June 2012. The album's first radio single “Get Away” reached No. 18 on the Texas Regional Radio Chart. It's second single, “Rainout Hangout,” was a hit, peaking inside the Top 5. “Sent Me You” was the third release and it became his very first No. 1 on both the Texas Regional Radio Report and The Texas Music Chart in April 2013.

Ward had gotten his first taste of a No. 1 single, and he liked it. A lot.

That first one kicked off an unprecedented run atop the Texas charts for Ward. Since 2013, spanning just a little over seven years, every radio single he has released has risen to the top of Texas radio. He has notched 12 straight chart toppers, continuing the run at No. 1 with his most recent release, "The Devil Don't Scare Me."

Thank you to everyone who made this possible. I appreciate every single one of you and am so thankful for this opportunity.

That takes us to last Friday, when Josh Ward had the honor to perform the National Anthem at the AT&T Stadium for PBR. Watch his performance, responsibly socially distanced from the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders up top.
