New Kevin Fowler Album is Coming, Featuring a Cody Johnson/Roger Creager Collaboration
Kevin Fowler is getting set to release Barstool Stories, the 9th studio album of his illustrious career. Containing 9 hot new songs you've never heard before, the album will also feature two of Fowler's most recent hits, “Beach Please,” and “Country Song To Sing.”
Fowler co-wrote 6 of the songs and Trent Willmon stepped back up to produce it. Willmon also produced 2016's Coming To A Honky Tonk Near You. The project will be out August 23rd, and will include the Chris Stapleton co-write “A Drinkin’ Song,” that will feature Roger Creager and Cody Johnson.
“It turned out amazing!” Fowler says of the star-studded tune. “This record is very well-rounded, with plenty of good ol’ Fowler fun songs and a few more heartfelt, serious ones. I love this record and I’m sure our fans will too. “
