It doesn't get more hometown than this, tonight at Cowboy's in Tyler: East Texas natives Whiskey Myers and William Clark Green are taking the stage on the same night.

Flint native William Clark Green will open the show at 8 p.m. and Whiskey Myers will follow. Tickets are $12 for 21 and over and $17 for 18-20 and can be purchased here on WildTexasTickets.com.

William Clark Green continues to become a household name in the Texas Music circles, most recently taking the honor of having the No. 1 song in Texas with the single "She Likes the Beatles" off his new album, "Rose Queen."

And if you're at all familiar with Tyler, Texas, the "Rose Queen" title itself carries quite a bit of significance. The cover art for the album even shows an animated rose queen holding a human heart in her hand (the first song on the album, "Rose Queen," tells the whole story).

Whiskey Myers, who appeared on CMT's "Concrete Country" series last night (July 23) singing in front of Stanley's Famous Pit Bar-B-Q, are back in their hometown of Tyler after quite the hiatus. This is the band's only show in Tyler this year, so you don't want to miss it.

We'll see you at the show tonight, and don't forget to visit Radio Texas, LIVE! and RTX on Facebook for your chance to score free tickets to the show, plus keep up with all the latest in Texas and Red Dirt.
