Over the weekend, artist manager / musician / curator of Larry Joe Taylor's Texas Music Festival, Larry Joe penned an open-letter to the governor expressing the concerns he has, bands have, and bar owners have over the closings. He also illustrated to the governor how waiting until Friday morning to do it exasperated these problems. He also suggested that the TABC refund license fees during forced closings.
