This September following in the footsteps of country music's greatest, Sean McConnell will make his Grand Ole Opry Debut.

McConnell shared the news on his verified Facebook, writing: "I am truly honored to announce that I will be making my Grand Ole Opry debut September 9th. What a gift to be invited to be a part of such a legendary and time honored tradition."

For years he's been one of Country Music's best-kept secrets, having penned hits for Brad Paisley, Randy Rogers, David Nail, Wade Bowen and more. The writing credits are in addition to a swelling fan base, especially here in Texas.
