On Sunday (Feb. 12), during the Grammy pre-show, Sturgill Simpson took home the award for Best Country Album. During his acceptance he quipped that "the revolution will not be televised." But the next time he took the stage, what was televised, was one of the night’s best performances.

Performing with Dap-Kings Band, Sturgill put on a powerful version of his song, “All Around You.” His self-produced record, A Sailor’s Guide to Earth, was the night's big winner in the Country category.
