Whataburger + Shiner, Who’s Up for a Whatabeer?

It's the corporate partnership every Texan would love. Instead Ubering for a late-night Whataburger with bacon and cheese after a few, have a few while you what for your late-night Whataburger with bacon and cheese.

However, for now at least, the Whatabeer is but a dream. The cruel, cruel joke seems to have originated on Reddit -- with of course hopeful Texans everywhere quick to perpetuate the lie.

NBC DFW confirmed with Shiner that this is just another internet pipe dream. Looks like we'll be getting a 2 a.m. Uber again this weekend.
