At a time when everything seems to be falling in to place for East Texas' hardest working Southern Rockers another huge opportunity has come their way.

Twelve years after Whiskey Myers cut their teeth playing on flatbed trailers, and Tuesday nights to friends and family at the now closed-down Electric Cowboy in Tyler, TX, the band is set to open for rock 'n roll royalty -- and there isn't a more deserving band.

Just announced today (June 5), the guys will play with The Rolling frickin' Stones on their massive “No Filter” North American tour -- they will provide support at Soldier Field in Chicago warming up the crowd for Mick Jagger and company on June 25th.

Fresh off a wildly European run Whiskey Myers will return home to Palestine, TX this Saturday (June 8) to host their second annual Wiggy Thump festival featuring The Steel Woods, Read Southall Band, Chris Colston.
