Courtney Patton has been keeping us all virtually entertained in 2020. In addition to spearheading The Sequestered Songwriters, which is a virtual show live streamed each week on the guest artist's pages as well as on Sequestered Songwriters Facebook page, she's been doing a lot of these videos with Nate Coon.

Nate Coon's Home Room Sessions is so good, man. I'd binge watch 27-minute episodes of this as fast as they could upload 'em. This is must-see tv. Yeah, my only complaint is they're all so short.

Coon, whose main gig is Aaron Watson's drummer, was knee-deep in these rad home sessions long before COVID-19 rocked us, and we're glad he's keeping up with it post-coronavirus. Alex Weeden, Michael Tarabay, and of course Coon join Patton for this week's episode.

You've got to hear the rag-tag crew's take on Heart's "Magic Man," which was released in 1976. It was Heart's second single from the their debut album, Dreamboat Annie. It went on to became Heart's first Top 10 hit in the United States, peaking at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100.
