Grand Ole Opry Hosts Star-Studded Birthday Celebration for Randy Travis

Last weekend Randy Travis made a very special appearance on the Grand Ole Opry stage as part of the celebration of his 60th birthday.

The tribute showcase featured several performances of Randy’s hits by Charles Esten, Josh Turner, Charlie Worsham, Ricky Skaggs and Don Schlitz. It was an amazing sight to behold. Still hits so hard seeing him back on the stage. At the end Randy joined the all-star group to sing, “Forever and Ever, Amen.”

Travis has been on the slow road to recovery following his July 2013 stroke, but seeing him out at events including this one is always special.
