Their 2011 album Down the Hatch was an amazing debut project. That year, The Damn Quails, headed by Gabriel Marshall and Bryon White, had us all certain we had found the future of Red Dirt. And now after a year on "indefinite hiatus," is Red Dirt's future back...

But it was nearly five years before they Oklahoma-based band was able to put out a follow up album, due to legal problems, problems that just seemed to drain the duo of life...

We first shared the story of Colin Deyalsingh, the missing tour manager of The Damn Quails on Monday shortly after the band posted it to their Facebook - well good news! Colin has been found. Not many details have been shared publicly, yet, other than he was found in Colorado Spring, about 1,000 miles away from where he was last seen in Houston...

Troubling news this morning, as The Damn Quails shared on social media that their tour manager, Colin Deyalsingh, has been missing since Saturday around 11 p.m. The Band is asking if anyone has any information on his whereabouts to please call CTK Entertainment at 512-312-9350...

As you heard HERE first, the debut single from The Damn Quails' sophomore record has been kicked out of nest and is flying across radio airwaves throughout the Texas/Red Dirt scene.

It's been a long time coming. Waiting for The Damn Quails' sophomore record has been nearly unbearable, but the wait is almost over. Quail fans will be happy to hear that the band's new album "Out of the Birdcage" will hatch on September 4, 2015.

After toiling around Oklahoma honing their most impressive craft, slowly forming their band member-by-member; Bryon White, Gabe Marshall, and The Damn Quails burst onto the Texas scene in 2011.
