Everyone needs a certain appreciation for the classics – those songs that inspired the Texas and Nashville tunes we hear today. There was a certain honesty in songwriting back in the day that deserves to be recognized and remembered. I'm sure everyone is stoked for Brook's return to the spotlight. It's about dang time!

In suspense of his tour, I thought I would bring y'all one of his greatest hits, 'The River' from his 1991 album, Ropin' The Wind.
Lemme tell ya - sharing his music ain't easy. Brooks has his media on lock down, but somehow this one has slipped through the cracks. So for now... enjoy :)
