One of the best live bands in Texas is being joined by one of East Texas' brightest up-and-coming groups on the same stage at Stanley's Famous Pit BBQ in Tyler on Friday, April 18.

Austin's own Uncle Lucius returns to Stanley's to bring their incredible live performance to their favorite East Texas venue. Formed in 2006, Uncle Lucius has always made a point to grace the Stanley's stage a few times a year.

Uncle Lucius will be joined by Palestine's The Bigsbys, a rock-meets-roots band that also puts on an incredible live show. Uncle Lucius has always been one of The Bigsbys' biggest influences, and now you'll have the chance to see them both on the same night.

The Bigsbys released their second album, "Good Will Suitcase," on April 1 to many positive reviews. The next night they joined Buddy Logan for Radio Texas, LIVE! at Cowboy's in Tyler for an acoustic performance. That weekend they opened for The Charlie Daniels Band, and you'll also be able to see them at Tyler's first-ever Red Dirt BBQ & Music Festival on May 3.

The Bigsbys take the stage at 8 p.m. and Uncle Lucius follows at 10 p.m. Tickets are $12 and are available at OuthouseTickets.com or at the door.
